I have thick wavy hair, and it's long, like 7 inches below my shoulders long, and i straighten it everyday. Problem is, after a few hours at school, it starts to frizz and curl in. I want my hair to be perfectly straight, but i don't know how to get it. I have a 1 1/2 inch ceramic straightner and after im dont straightening my hair, its smooth, silky and completely straight, but in the matter of a few hours it becomes curly again. How can i keep it smooth and completely straight with out spending loads of money? How do i keep my hair straight?
there is this hair product that is called Suddenly Straight.
TO use: once out of the shower towel dry your head. after that distribute it evenly throughout the hair. You can either use a straightener or a blow dryer to straighten it. I suggest using the CHI straightening iron when hair is dried. also it was voted best kiss by Cosmo Girl, so that means a lot of people like it and irts really good.
btw if your looking for a cute hairstyle to try out these tutorials. they are awesome. ;D

B.How do i keep my hair straight?
i have the same problem it sucks.
but i use herbal essences dangerouslystraight shampoo and conditioner it actually really does work, i promise :)
soo try it :)
definitely get a product that says frizz control on it and is made for use before using your straightener. It will seal the cuticle and make it more resistant to humidity. John Freida makes a spray and I'm sure there are a bunch more at the salon.
Some people's hair is just thicker or more stubborn than others. I've written up a solution to this on my blog, I've just taken out some products and techniques that may help you. :)
Humidity may also be the cause, as when hair comes into contact with moisture (eg shower) it goes back to its original state.
1- Use a straightening shampoo/conditioner beforehand, like Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight. http://www.herbalessences.com.au/collect鈥?/a>
Alternatively, use a humidity resistant shampoo/conditioner like Bedhead Some Like It Hot - it guards against both humidity and thermal (straightener) damage. :] http://www.tigihaircare.com/consumer/en-鈥?/a>
4- Apply a straightening serum if you have it, a dime-sized amount will do. Focus on the ends. Here there's two from Tresemme I'd recommend.
- Smooth Iron Style %26amp; Hold Spray protects hair from heat damage and ';enhances hair's flexibility to reform and hold shape';, giving a smooth, sleek style. Good if you have frizzy or hard to tame hair. http://www.tresemme.com.au/product.aspx?鈥?/a>
- Thermal Creations Straightening Balm prevents breakage and works with the heat to reduce straightening time. Good if you have weak hair and want to spend less time straightening. http://www.tresemme.com.au/product.aspx?鈥?/a>
5- Straighten in layers. Pin up two thirds of your hair and start from the bottom. ** Don't be impatient, run your straightener through slowly or it won't be as straight or last as long! **
6- A higher heat may work better if you're having trouble. But avoid the highest heat unless you want your hair to fry.
9- Finish off with a mist of light hairspray. Tresemme's hairsprays claim to be humidity resistant because of their non water based formula.
Also Bedhead has a Heat %26amp; Humidity Resistant Serum called Some Like It Hot that you might want to consider. http://www.tigihaircare.com/consumer/en-鈥?/a>

If you're on a budget I'd recommend just buying the smooth-style straightening serum.
